The team are very polite, always keep me informed so I can keep my pets safe, and the treatments are very effective. Paris is a great technician and is super respectful and efficient! I trust him to do a great job - in a timely fashion - which he does!

We’ve used Mosquito Joe for many years at 2 properties. Paris is out latest tech and he is awesome - very thorough and personable. I love how they use text to communicate when he’s coming as well as send a follow up video after giving me pointers on things he sees in the yard. They are also prompt when needing to reschedule for weather.

They are quick to follow-up when you have questions or concerns to continue optimizing your treatments. One technician, Paris, recently went above and beyond to get a much needed treatment in despite it being the day before a holiday and there being street closures and other obstacles to get to my home. Mosquito Joe has been helping treat and protect our property from mosquitos for the past two years with excellence. When rescheduling is necessary for any reason, the front office is always wonderful, easy to work with, and prompt. I want to give a special thank you to our tech, Lorenzo - he is always on-time, contacts us ahead of time when he is on the way, and makes sure to send a video message when work is complete. He takes particular care to treat all areas of our property, including some hard to reach areas uphill and covered in English ivy that is not always fun to venture into. But I can tell you it makes a difference for us because he does. We appreciate his work ethic, attention detail, excellence, and attitude so much - thank you, Lorenzo. This is at least the 4th year we've been using Mosquito Joe's. Our tech this year, Paris has been amazing. We have a mix of fruit & vegetable plants around our yard, he does a great job to work around them and still keep any mosquitoes at bay.
